SCHOOLING SYSTEM



Rules & Regulation for Students.


1. The School expects students to maintain the highest standard of discipline, decorum, punctuality, neatness & responsible behavior both inside and outside the school.


2. Students are answerable to the school authorities for their conduct both in and outside the school. Hence, misbehavior in the streets and in public conveyance justifies disciplinary action.


3. Every student should attend school in the prescribed uniform.


4. Students should refrain from activities which may disturb orderly use of the school. Any breach of school rules will entail punishment such as suspension or expulsion.


5. The students are expected to look after their belongings and are advised not to bring any valuables to school. The school will not be responsible for any loss of money or valuables.


6. Students are not allowed to bring mobiles in School.


7. Students are not allowed to wear any jewellery or costly watches.


8. Any kind of damage caused by a student to school property will have to be made good by the student.


9. Students moving in the corridor and on the stairs must walk in silence.


10. Students should avoid littering the school premises and use the bins provided for this purp


11. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, insubordination, misbehavior and obscenity in an form are sufficient reasons for expelling a student.


12. Absence from any examination will ordinarily be allowed on medical grounds, supported medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner.



Guidelines for Parents.


Cover all books and Notebooks with plastic sheets.


Mention name and grade on notebooks, text books and all belongings.


Send your child to School on time, daily in tidy uniform.


Strictly avoid taking unnecessary day off without application.


Ensure your child sleeps on time.


Set the bag according to timetable.


Check and sign the school academic or Hifz diary every day.


Take interest in your child's completion of homework and encourage active learning.


Your child must eat some healthy food before coming to school and also send them with hygienic food rather than junk ones.


Arrange monthly magazines and reading books prescribed by school for your child.


Read with your child at home daily, Children under 6 years: 15 min or more, Children above 6 years: 20 min or more.


Encourage your child to read newspapers, books, signboards and text written anywhere-


Child's study room should have sufficient light to avoid discomfort, distraction and interruption.


Keep an eye on your child's gathering and activities outside home.


Limit the use of Video games, social media applications and internet.


Both parents must attend the orientation sessions, parent's workshops and PTMs, Be concerned in child's education.


Cooperate with the school about your child's progress and development.


Keep the school informed regarding any problem that may affect child's learning.


Read all correspondence from the school and respond promptly when necessary.


Respect the school, teachers and instructional material such as books and inculcate the same in your child.


Be polite and respectful when dealing with school staff and administration


Make your home environment Islamic so that you and your child may pass examination of hereafter.


Persuade your child to offer Salah. Be a role model for your child.


Avoid foul language.


Pay attention to your child, never ignore.


Converse with your child and encourage active discussion.


Give him/her confidence to do his/her best.


Give unconditional love and respect.


Honor self-respect and raise self-actualization.


Acknowledge your child's achievements.


Seek outstanding traits and individuality in your child.


Inculcate "you can do it".


Trust in your child.


Read to your child moral narratives.


Be optimistic, Expect positive.


Take your child in consultation.


Ask Allah (S.W.T) for the divine guidance for your child.
